Pullman Doha West Bay

Very nice service, Superb staff- from check in until check out, everything went so smooth. I requested for a simple Birthday surprise for our celebrant, but they went above and beyond. The food in Avenue restaurant was superb as well. Staff were also super nice and accommodating. I usually won't rate 10, but our stay I would say is even more than it. Will definitely come back in the near future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Qatar. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the city. I was especially impressed with the quality of the breakfast and the variety of options available. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would gladly return. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Pullman Doha, West Bay, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, and the room was spacious—easily large enough for three adults. The location is excellent, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean, and the room service was very fast and efficient. At check-in, however, I was informed that there would be an additional charge of 150 QAR per day for an extra bed, despite my reservation being for three adults and one baby (1 year old). After discussion, the fee was waived, but the explanation was that while the room size is suitable for three adults, it does not necessarily mean it accommodates three people for sleeping. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking and caused some confusion. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness, service, and location. I would recommend the hotel, but I believe the policy regarding extra beds for three adults should be made clearer during the booking process.

I initially planned to stay at the Pullman for two days but ended up extending my stay by another two days because the room and hotel were so impressive. I was kindly upgraded to a nicer room with a beautiful view of the city, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were attentive and called my room a few times to check if I needed anything — a thoughtful touch that really stood out. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Doha.
